Evertz and Videocam bet on Central America

Videocam and Evertz have allied. The technology distributor reported that it will represent Evertz in the Central American market to intensify the presence of the brand in countries such as Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Nicaragua.

“It represents a great opportunity for us to have the trust and support of Evertz, a global leader in the manufacture of equipment and solutions for the broadcast market, including content creation, distribution and delivery” commented Juan Carlos Carrillo, president of Videocam.

The executive added that the interest that Evertz is showing in the region is very important, seeing these countries as emerging markets with very interesting potential. “This fact will allow us to provide solutions and products of superior reliability to all customers in the region.”

Located in Miami, Florida, Videocam is a Carrillo Group company established in the USA, that for more than 25 years has been dedicated to advising, designing and implementing solutions for telecommunications and broadcasting companies in Latin America, and has developed multiple projects in the region.
